Our immediate plans for Sterling Village include ensuring a smooth transition for residents and employees and focusing on excellence in operations and clinical care delivery. GraceTeam is the management company and is an experienced senior living management and development company based in Kansas. We have a fundamental belief that our elder's lives should be full of joy, caring relationships and fulfillment. We have abandoned the old broken model of nursing home care and are focused on creating a meaningful life through empowered staff in a real home. |
