All residents of the Sterling Village community are invited to attend a meeting of the Homeowners Association at 7:30 pm on Monday, February 18, on the east green space (away from Martin Street). Among the topics to be discussed will be: - Status report on City of East Point repairs - Parking update - Status report of HOA monthly assessment collection - Crime report in the Sterling Village community - HOA committee sign up Sterling Village HOA Board members will introduce themselves and take questions from residents. All residents in attendance will also recieve a free copy of "An Introduction to Community Association Living," published by the Community Associations Institute. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket for comfortable seating.
